Mattia Spinal Care and Rehab Center's cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to manage scheduling effectively, respecting the time of both clients and staff.

Mattia Spinal Care and Rehab Center is committed to delivering the highest quality service to every patient. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to ensure effective time management and to show respect for the time of both our clients and our staff. This policy helps us maintain a smooth schedule, allowing us to provide prompt and efficient care to all our patients.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy at Mattia Spinal Care and Rehab Center
Notification Window:
Clients must notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling request at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellation Fee:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee of $20.
No-Show Fee:
Failing to show up for a scheduled appointment without any prior notification will result in a fee of $50.
Rescheduling Policy:
Clients can reschedule their appointment, subject to availability, if the request is made within the specified notification window. Subsequent rescheduling requests may be subject to a fee of $20.
Exceptions:
Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis for emergencies or serious circumstances.
Communication:
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made via phone or email.
Reminder System:
We will send appointment reminders via SMS and email before the scheduled time as a courtesy, but it remains the client’s responsibility to manage their appointments.
Policy Acceptance:
Clients will be informed of this policy at the time of booking. Scheduling an appointment constitutes acceptance of this policy.
